Sometimes the most simple sayings resonate through and through and I came across one recently which was
“Money grows on the tree of perseverance”.
This is a very good way of describing a highly desirable quality that my much beloved paternal Grandmother described as “stickability”
One of my networking associates was recently brought in to a company that was hugely struggling. The staff told him the owner often failed to come in before 10.30 and then went out on a business lunch.
Hmmm, I wonder if there is some kind of correlation between that and the fact that the company was going down the pan.
It’s kind of like the correlation of not marketing and failing to gain new customers. Strange that
